Dear Parents,
Parent teacher co-operation is essential to ensure the complete and harmonious development of child's personality, kindly help us in ensuring the following:
1. The diary should be sent to school regularly.
2. The student should be dropped at the school gate at last five minutes before the morning assembly.
3. Prior permission of principal may be sought to discuss the problems of your ward with the concerned teacher.
4. No short leave/half day leave is allowed. Do not make social engagements or medical appointments for your ward during working hours.
5. Any change of address/telephone number should be notified immediately.
6. Do inform the class teacher, head of the institution and in case your ward suffering from any special disease/allergy/or has undergone an operation/is under medication.
7. Ensure that the child maintains personal hygiene, sleep for 8 hours daily, has a nutritionally rich diet and avoids comsumption of ice cream and eatables form road side vendors.
8. Check the diary daily and see if your ward has noted down the home assignment and other details.
9. Please attend parent teacher meeting whenever called for.
10. Entry of parents to the class room is strictly prohibited.
11. Parents will apply in wording if children are required at home during school hours.
12. Pay all school dues in time.
13. Encourage your ward to participate in various co-curricular and extra activities of school.
14. Every suggestions for improvement of the school are always welcomed.
